NCEE is an Institute of Educational Sciences (IES) center focused on federal program evaluation, synthesizing, and disseminating information from evaluation and research, and providing technical assistance to states, districts, colleges, and other stakeholders to improve student outcomes. NCEE conducts “unbiased, large-scale evaluations of education programs supported by federal funds; provides technical assistance; and supports the development and use of research and evaluation throughout the United States.” (NCEE)
